Anne LaBate, President
Anne LaBate has been active in commercial real estate for over 25 years. During the last 18 years, she has focused on sales and leasing and prior to that, the appraisal of commercial properties. As a Trenton resident, she has a particular interest in promoting the competitive advantages of Trenton real estate.
She is active in the community as a Board Member of the Trenton Downtown Association, the Trenton Parking Authority and the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the grants Committee of the Princeton Area Community Foundation. She formerly served on the Boards of Passage Theatre Company, Artworks Trenton and the Trenton YWCA.
Anne has a B.A. in Community Development from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University. She is a member of the Mercer County Board of Realtors and the Economic Developer’s Association of New Jersey.

Anthony Conti, Vice President
Anthony Conti has been practicing in commercial real estate since 2005 and has been a member of the Segal-LaBate team for 8 years.
From his childhood home in Trenton to today as the Commissioner of Elections for Mercer County, Anthony has deep community ties in Central Jersey. He holds a Journeyman’s Degree from Mercer County Vocational School, where he became a certified mason. Anthony is also a member of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen.
Anthony has shown his commitment to the community in a number of roles including the Supervisor of buildings and grounds for the Trenton Board of Education. He also has served in public office as the Trenton City Clerk for 16 years and as a 2-term Trenton City Councilman, where he was a sitting member of the Planning Board and the Landmarks Commission.

Christopher McFarland, Realtor Associate
Christopher has over a decade of experience in the finance industry. He started as a financial representative at TD Bank right here in the County of Mercer and continued his growth as a Financial Advisor for other financial institutions. Prior to joining Segal and Labate Chris was a Mortgage Broker for one of the Top brokerages in Central Jersey. Chris’s Financial background gives him a benefit in advising clients on buying and selling commercial properties, providing market analysis, and staying up to date on investment opportunities.
He is active in the commercial community, he is a member of CCIM, NAREB, South Jersey Chamber, Asian American Chamber, and Burlington Chamber
Chris has a BS in Finance for Rider University.

Tony’s career has spanned over 30 years. An accomplished Architect he has lead a range of expansive projects and renovations.
Tony holds a Masters in Architect from Tulane University.

Charles Teh, Realtor Associate
Charles recently transitioned from non-profit management to the real estate industry. He served as Program Director for a national organization, scouting ideal locations for business operations. Those experiences showed him the value of investing in the right property and the impact investment decisions have on your business or organization, and the surrounding communities. Charles’ unique background gives him an advantage in advising clients on buying and selling commercial properties, providing market analysis and staying up to date on investment opportunities.
He is currently working toward a B.A. in Business Administration from Pillar College, holds an Agile certification and certifications in project management and business analysis from Avtech USA. Charles Teh is a Liberian-American, who came to the US from Liberia in 2003. He and his wife Barbara have three wonderful children.
